How do I Benefit?

To help protect you from one of the biggest risks faced by a business especially when trying to become established – lost time injuries and prosecution from failing to take all reasonably practical steps to protect themselves, employees and those in the vicinity.

Even the most basic business needs a Hazard Register; an Accident Register and an Emergency Plan and can face substantial fines for not having them in place.

A lost time injury can put an immature business in a perilous position.

For Example a lost time injury lasting more than a week can really put stress on a company

  • 1st week the company pays 80% of the wages
  • There is the cost of getting and training a replacement.
  • Lost income from failure to meet client deadlines
  • Loss of reputation
  • Potential to be prosecuted or fined – legal fees

Comply helps create an environment that reduces the likelihood of incidents occurring and if they do occur it gives the client a system for managing it.
